Operations Manager- Full-time

We are seeking to hire a dynamic and smart caliber to join our team as an Operations Manager. The ideal candidate will contribute to managing operational processes across our diversified projects. This person should be flexible and adaptable, able to collaborate effectively with different cultures, and comfortable engaging with a variety of clients, vendors, and team members. The Operations Manager will play a key role in supporting the firm's growth and ensuring smooth project execution.

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of multiple projects.
• Coordinate between design teams, clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Develop and implement operational procedures and best practices.
• Support business development activities, including preparing proposals, coordinating meetings, and maintaining client relations.
• Manage office resources and administrative workflows to support the team.
• Participate in local and international meetings as required.

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with great attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally when needed.
