Summary

For our Cairo/ Mokattam Office, we are seeking to hire a General Accountant responsible for managing and maintaining the company's financial records. They play a crucial role in ensuring that financial transactions are accurately recorded, summarized, and reported.

Details

·       Maintain up to date financial records.

·       Maintain general ledger accounts by reviewing and verifying balances.

·       Provide financial status by preparing special reports.

·       Correct errors by adjusting journal entries.

·       Generate and send invoices and claims.

·       Maintain accounts receivable customer files and records.

·       Settle vendors’ payments withing the due date.

·       Prepare monthly payroll and related procedures

·       Carry responsibility of cash transaction.

·       Prepare and submit governmental reports before due dates.

·       Maintain proper archiving and filing.

·       Report to CFO with progress.

Requirements

·       Bachelor Degree in any financial discipline

·       3-5 years of total relevant experience. 1+ years of billing and collections

·       Excellent in both Arabic and English languages  

·       Strong proficiency in related software

·       Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

·       Very good knowledge in taxes and social insurance

·       Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

·       Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
