AL HOKAIR TIME BEACH, DAMMAM The project is located in a prime location near the sea in Dammam, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The project is visible and accessible from the main roads which makes it a focal and attraction point for visitors.
Car parking is available for visitors and tenants to facilitate their admission and the loading and unloading of products. The gross land area of the project is 5,100 sq.m with built up area of 3,800 sq.m consisting of ground floor and mezzanine floor with a wide range of shops and outlets available for lease and rent. Each outlet is equipped with its own facilities.
The shops are located on main façade and are fitted with two entrances; one on the street to for pick up (mainly serving the youth) and the other entrance is overlooking the interior food court (mainly serving families).
Large signage can be displayed on the main façade. As for the mezzanine floor, it consists of a food outlet that opens directly to a food court and a terrace where families can watch their children play while indulging in their favorite dining experience.
