| Summary | We are seeking a creative and motivated AI Creative Designer & Motion Graphics Specialist to support SUMIZURA’s digital marketing materials. The ideal candidate can transform existing interior fit-out and contracting project photographs, architectural visuals, and site footage into engaging short videos, animations, and professional social media designs. You will propose ideas and manage assigned creative tasks independently, using modern AI applications and editing tools. Experienced applicants, fresh graduates, self-taught creatives, and paid internship candidates are welcome. |
| Details | • Create short promotional reels and videos for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media channels. • Animate existing project photographs and architectural visuals using AI image-to-video and motion graphics tools. • Edit construction and completed-project footage with transitions, captions, music, and corporate branding. • Design social media posts, banners, carousels, and other marketing graphics. • Prepare before-and-after presentations, project progress updates, and portfolio highlights. • Suggest creative content ideas and produce professional materials efficiently with limited source assets. • Maintain brand consistency and ensure that edited and AI-generated content accurately represents actual projects. • Work independently and coordinate directly with company management on content requirements. |
| Requirements | • Practical skills in graphic design, video editing, animation, or digital content creation. • Familiarity with AI creative platforms such as Runway, Kling AI, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, or similar tools. • Working knowledge of Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva, or equivalent applications. • Ability to turn still photographs into compelling short videos and create professional static graphics. • Strong visual sense, creativity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn new tools. • Ability to organize work, take initiative, and deliver assignments independently. • Previous experience and references are preferred but not mandatory; a portfolio of personal, freelance, academic, or professional work is highly valued. • Experience with fit-out, architecture, interiors, construction, or real estate content is an advantage. • Applications from students and fresh graduates seeking a paid internship are encouraged.
