Design Architect- Part Time

We are looking for a talented and creative Design Architect to join our team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for developing high-quality architectural designs, preparing presentations, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver outstanding projects. This position offers flexibility and the opportunity to work on innovative commercial, hospitality, and high-end residential projects across different regions.

·         Develop creative and innovative architectural design concepts

·         Prepare architectural presentations, sketches, 3D models, and visualizations

·         Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other team members to ensure high-quality design solutions

·         Conduct feasibility studies and site analyses to support project development

·         Ensure adherence to design standards, project requirements, and sustainability principles

·         Contribute to design competitions, client presentations, and conceptual development

·         Degree in Architecture (Bachelor’s or Master’s)

·         5+ years of experience in architectural design, preferably in hospitality or commercial projects

·         Strong conceptual and creative design skills

·         Proficiency in industry-standard software

·         Experience in architectural visualization and rendering

·         Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

·         Strong problem-solving and communication skills

·         Fluency in English and German

·         Willingness to participate in meetings outside the country if required, primarily in the Middle East and MENA region as needed.
