BIM/ Design Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative BIM/Design Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in (BIM) and architectural design, contributing to the development of innovative and high-quality projects. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring that design intent is effectively translated into coordinated BIM models while adhering to project requirements and industry standards.

·         Prepare architectural presentations, sketches, 3D models, and visualizations

·         Develop architectural designs and concepts from initial sketches to detailed construction documentation.

·         Ensure compliance with BIM standards, workflows, and project requirements.

·         Collaborate with structural, MEP, and other engineering teams to integrate design solutions.

·         Perform clash detection and model coordination to identify and resolve design conflicts.

·         Assist in the preparation of technical drawings, 3D visualizations, and presentations.

·         Participate in design reviews and client presentations to communicate architectural concepts effectively.

·         Contribute to design competitions, client presentations, and conceptual development

·         Degree in Architecture (Bachelor’s or Master’s)

·         4+ years of experience in architectural design, preferably in hospitality or commercial projects

·         Strong conceptual and creative design skills

·         Proficiency in industry-standard software 

·         Experience in architectural visualization and rendering

·         Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

·         Strong problem-solving and communication skills

·         Willingness to participate in meetings outside the country if required,
