Landscape Architect – Full time

SUMIZURA is seeking a highly skilled and visionary Senior Landscape Architect to lead the design and execution of world-class landscape projects. This role requires a deep understanding of landscape architecture, sustainable urban planning, and integrated design solutions. The ideal candidate will drive innovative concepts, ensuring that each project reflects SUMIZURA’s commitment to excellence, sustainability, and aesthetic harmony. From concept development to project completion, the Senior Landscape Architect will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and stakeholders to deliver exceptional outdoor environments that seamlessly blend functionality and design.

·         Lead and manage landscape architecture projects, from conceptual design to construction documentation.

·         Develop innovative and sustainable landscape design solutions for commercial, residential, and public spaces.

·         Prepare and review master plans, site layouts, planting plans, and hardscape designs.

·         Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design objectives are met.

·         Conduct site analysis, feasibility studies, and environmental impact assessments.

·         Oversee the preparation of technical drawings, renderings, and presentation materials.

·         Provide mentorship and guidance to junior landscape architects and design teams.

·         Ensure compliance with local regulations, zoning laws, and environmental standards.

·         Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.

·         Stay up to date with industry trends, materials, and sustainable design practices.

·         Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field.

·         Minimum 6+ years of experience in landscape architecture, with a proven track record in leading projects.

·         Proficiency in related Software

·         Strong knowledge of planting design, irrigation systems, and sustainable landscaping principles.

·         Strong knowledge of GIS and related software

·         Excellent design, visualization, and presentation skills.

·         Ability to manage multiple projects and work within deadlines.

·         Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

·         Experience with large-scale projects in urban planning, hospitality, or mixed-use developments is a plus.
