Operations Manager- Full-time

We are looking to bring onboard a strong, forward-thinking leader to join our team as an Operations Manager. The ideal candidate will take an active role in driving operational excellence across our diverse portfolio of projects. This individual must demonstrate agility, cultural intelligence, and the ability to build productive relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams. The Operations Manager will be a key contributor to the company’s growth, ensuring seamless project delivery and elevating our operational standards

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of multiple projects.
• Coordinate between design teams, clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Develop and implement operational procedures and best practices.
• Support business development activities, including preparing proposals, coordinating meetings, and maintaining client relations.
• Manage office resources and administrative workflows to support the team.
• Participate in local and international meetings as required.

• Bachelor’s degree in an AEC-related field (Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management) or equivalent.
• 10+ years of proven experience in the AEC industry.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written); proficiency in additional languages, especially German, will be considered a strong asset.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally when required.
