Landscape Architect – Consultant

SUMIZURA GmbH is looking for a talented and forward-thinking Landscape Architect Designer (Consultant) to contribute to the design and development of high-end landscape projects. This role requires a deep understanding of sustainable design, urban integration, and innovative landscape solutions. As a consultant, you will collaborate with our multidisciplinary teams to craft exceptional outdoor spaces that align with SUMIZURA’s design excellence and environmental consciousness. Your expertise will help shape inspiring landscapes that seamlessly blend aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability.

·         Lead and manage landscape architecture projects, from conceptual design to construction documentation.

·         Develop innovative and sustainable landscape design solutions for commercial, residential, and public spaces.

·         Prepare and review master plans, site layouts, planting plans, and hardscape designs.

·         Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design objectives are met.

·         Conduct site analysis, feasibility studies, and environmental impact assessments.

·         Oversee the preparation of technical drawings, renderings, and presentation materials.

·         Provide mentorship and guidance to junior landscape architects and design teams.

·         Ensure compliance with local regulations, zoning laws, and environmental standards.

·         Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.

·         Stay up to date with industry trends, materials, and sustainable design practices.

·         Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field.

·         Minimum 6+ years of experience in landscape architecture, with a proven track record in leading projects.

·         Proficiency in related Software

·         Strong knowledge of planting design, irrigation systems, and sustainable landscaping principles.

·         Strong knowledge of GIS and related software

·         Excellent design, visualization, and presentation skills.

·         Ability to manage multiple projects and work within deadlines.

·         Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

·         Experience with large-scale projects in urban planning, hospitality, or mixed-use developments is a plus.

·         Fluency in English and German

·         Willingness to participate in meetings outside the country if required, primarily in the Middle East and MENA region as needed.
